Who We Are
Our story began in 2022, sparked by a vision and a craving of our founder: Divya Uday Shankar who was born and raised in Delhi, a city renowned for its vibrant food culture. When she moved to Qatar, she found herself missing one of her favorite delicacies - Soya Chaap. Despite searching high and low, she couldn't find it anywhere in the region. That's when she decided to bring the flavors of Delhi to Qatar herself.
Without any background in the food industry, we faced numerous challenges. From sourcing the right raw ingredients to finding skilled staff, the journey was far from easy. Yet, driven by our love for Soya Chaap and a desire to share this delicious vegetarian dish with others, we persevered. After nearly a year of relentless effort and hard work, Chaap Station was born.
Today, Chaap Station proudly serves the freshest Soya Chaap in the region. We are committed to never using frozen or canned Soya Chaap, ensuring that our customers enjoy only the best. Our success is not just a result of our founder’s determination and our team’s dedication, but also the love and support from our cherished customers.
